Abstract
Vinyl phosphonates α-substituted with carboxylate, nitrile, sulfone and phosphonate groups reacted with N-buta-1,3-dienylsuccinimide to give [4+2] ortho-cycloadducts as mixtures of endo/exo stereoisomers.
