Abstract
There is a linear correlation between Mössbauer chemical shifts and 4d binding energies of Sn as measured by high-energy photoelectron spectroscopy for the series Y2Sn(ox)2; where ox = 8-quinolinolato, and Y = Et, Ph, Cl, Br, and I.
