Notes on ordering accounts

Since many of Sigma-Aldrich's products are hazardous materials, Sigma-Aldrich is only sold to educational and scientific institutions, companies or enterprises, and not to individuals.

In order to ensure that the products sold are used for legitimate purposes (primarily for laboratory research purposes), unless it is expressly stated on the product label, in the seller's catalog or in other literature provided to the buyer that the products may not be used for other purposes, include, but are not limited to, in vitro diagnostic use, food, pharmaceutical, medical device or cosmetic use, Human or animal use or commercial use.)

All new customers must be audited by Sigma-Aldrich to confirm that the registration information is true before ordering. In addition, in order to ensure the safe use of Sigma- Aldrich products, the shipping address must not be residential, hotel, Express post (express box) and other addresses where hazardous chemicals cannot be stored.

Create a new ordering account

You can register your new account directly on the Sigma-Aldrich website at http://hg.y866.cn/germ/CN/zh and also place the first order, we will check the information once we receive the order. We need 2 business days to review the account, after the review we will set up an account for you and complete the authorization of your online purchase account. Once the account number and order review have been passed, you will receive a sales confirmation.

Single/permanent modification of account information

If you only need to modify your account information for an order, you can indicate the information in the "Comments" field when you place your order or explain it to Customer Service when you place your order. However, this will delay the processing of your order as we need to review these modifications to ensure that Sigma-Aldrich products are used for legitimate purposes. If you need to make permanent changes to your organization's account information, please email 9145908@qq.com, and we will contact you with supporting documentation if needed.
