11-Oxomogroside I A1 is a cucurbitane-type triterpenoid glycoside and also an EBV-EA inhibitor. 11-Oxomogroside I A1 exerts 100% inhibitory effect on the induction of EBV-EA. 11-Oxomogroside I A1 can be used for cancer research[1].

Cell Line: Raji cells (human lymphoblastoid cells carrying EBV genome)
Concentration: 10-1×103 mol ratio/TPA
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Reduced EBV-EA induction to 0% relative to the TPA-only positive control at 1×103 mol ratio/TPA, with 70% Raji cell viability.
Reduced EBV-EA induction to 29.0% relative to the positive control at 500 mol ratio/TPA.
Reduced EBV-EA induction to 77.4% relative to the positive control at 100 mol ratio/TPA.
Reduced EBV-EA induction to 97.2% relative to the positive control at 10 mol ratio/TPA.
