AB598 is a humanized FcS anti-CD39 antibody with a Kd of 0.24 nM against hCD39. AB598 results in full inhibition of intratumoral CD39 enzymatic activity, an increase in intratumoral ATP, a decrease of extracellular CD39 on tumor cells. AB598 can be used for the research of solid tumors[1].

AB598 (200 mg/kg；静脉注射；每周 1 次；持续 3 周) 在食蟹猴 (雌雄均适用) 中可降低免疫细胞表面的 CD39 水平[1]。

Animal Model: CB17.SCID mice (female, 6-8 weeks old, implanted with human MOLP8 multiple myeloma cells)[1]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg (single dose for pharmacodynamic studies; biweekly for efficacy studies)
Administration: i.v.; single dose
Result: Resulted in full intratumoral CD39 enzymatic inhibition, increased intratumoral ATP levels, and decreased cell surface CD39 on human MOLP8 tumor cells. Caused a drastic reduction in tumor growth.
