Anti-CD16a Antibody (3G8) binds to an epitope overlapping with CD16a’s Fc binding site, inhibiting CD16a-IgG Fc region interactions.Anti-CD16a Antibody (3G8) recognizes CD16a, CD16b, and CD16b-NA1 and NA2 allelotypes expressed by neutrophils[1].
