Anti-IL-4 Antibody (MP4-25D2) is a kind of rat IgG1 κ chimeric antibody inhibitor, targeting to human IL-4. Anti-IL-4 Antibody (MP4-25D2) can neutralize human IL-4 (interleukin-4). Anti-IL-4 Antibody (MP4-25D2) can be used for the inflammation and immunology^[1][2].

  Immobilized IL-4 Protein, Human, HY-P70445 can bind Anti-IL-4 Antibody (MP4-25D2). The EC₅₀ for this effect is 24.47 ng/mL.
• 
  Flow Cytometry analysis of Raji cells labelling IL-4(red) with Anti-IL-4 Antibody (MP4-25D2) (anti-IL4) (HY-P990837). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P89199) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Rat IgG1 kappa (HY-P99979, blue) was used as the isotype control.
