Antibacterial agent 313 (Compound 20) 对革兰氏阳性菌具有强效抑制作用，对金黄色葡萄球菌 (Staphylococcus aureus) ATCC 29213 的 MIC 为 0.125 μg/mL，对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA) 和耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌 (VRSA) 等多重耐药临床分离株的 MIC 值为 0.125-0.5 μg/mL[1]。
Antibacterial agent 313 对部分革兰氏阴性菌，如大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli) ATCC 25922 也有抑制作用，其 MIC 为 3.03 μg/mL[1]。
Antibacterial agent 313 对 CHO-K1 细胞的细胞毒性较低，IC50 值为 9 μg/mL[1]。
