Cell Line: HCT116 (human colon cancer), HepG2 (human liver cancer), H1299 (human lung adenocarcinoma), MCF-7 (human breast cancer)
Concentration: 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 μM
Incubation Time: 2 days (drug incubation); 1 day (pre-culture); 2 hours (MTS incubation)
Result: Potently inhibited proliferation of HCT116 cells with an IC50 of 14.25 μM.
Potently inhibited proliferation of HepG2 cells with an IC50 of 22.05 μM.
Potently inhibited proliferation of H1299 cells with an IC50 of 13.69 μM.
Potently inhibited proliferation of MCF-7 cells with an IC50 of 28.21 μM.
