Cell Viability Assay[1]

Cell Line: PC12 cells
Concentration: 10 μM (co-incubation with rotenone; incubation alone)
Incubation Time: 48 h (co-incubation with rotenone; incubation alone)
Result: Increased PC12 cell viability to 87.97% of control when co-treated with rotenone, a statistically significant improvement compared to the rotenone-only model group (73.84% of control).
Did not show a statistically significant improvement in cell viability when treated alone, ruling out cell proliferation as a contributor to the observed effect.
