Atz-L5 is a PD-L1 PTAC degrader (DC50: 18 pM in PC3-PIP cells; 2 pM in LNCaP cells). Atz-L5 promotes lysosomal degradation of PD-L1 in PSMA-positive prostate cancer cells. Atz-L5 is applicable to the research of prostate cancer[1].
