Dosage: 1 mg/kg
Administration: s.c.; single dose
Result: Had a sustained inhibitory effect on food intake, significantly reducing food intake 3-4 days after administration.
Reduced body weight, demonstrating a sustained weight loss advantage.
Animal Model: Sprague-Dawley (male, 20 weeks old, diet-induced obesity model)[1]
Dosage: 0.012 mg/kg; 0.04 mg/kg; 0.12 mg/kg
