生物活性

Bispyribac is an acetolactate synthase inhibitor that can be used as a systemic post-emergence herbicide for control of weeds in agriculture. Bispyribac blocks the amino acid synthesis. Bispyribac has low acute toxicity in animal models[1].

Bispyribac (口服；单次给药) 在雄性大鼠中表现出 4111 mg/kg 的急性口服 LD50，在雌性大鼠中为 2635 mg/kg，在雌雄小鼠中表现出 3524 mg/kg 的急性口服 LD50，表明该物种的急性口服毒性较低[1]。
Bispyribac (经肠道给药；单剂量) 在褐家鼠 (Rattus norvegicus)中于肠道给药后 1-2 小时达到血浆浓度峰值，表观消除半衰期为 5-7 h，主要以原形经胆汁排泄随粪便排出体外[1]。
