Carbonic anhydrase-IN-36 demonstrates potent antimycobacterial activity, with an MIC of 8 µg/mL against Mtb. Carbonic anhydrase-IN-36 retains activity against Rifampicin (HY-B0272)-resistant M. tuberculosis[1].
