CBLC100 is an anticancer compound that targets FACT, while inhibiting NF-κB and activating p53. CBLC100 induces cytotoxicity through p53-dependent apoptotic and non-apoptotic pathways. CBLC100 is applicable to the research of cancers such as fibrosarcoma[1].

CBLC100 (0.2 μM; 1 h) 可将 FACT 复合物捕获于人纤维肉瘤 HT1080 细胞的染色质上，同时消耗核质中的可溶性 FACT 亚基[1]。
CBLC100 在人纤维肉瘤 HT1080 细胞增强 CK2 介导的 p53 C 端区域的磷酸化[1]。
