CKS9 is an M cell-targeting peptide. CKS9 exhibits high affinity towards M cells. CKS9 facilitates the transport of chitosan nanoparticles across the M cell to enter the follicle-associated epithelium (FAE) in Peyer’s patch (PP) of the gut. CKS9 can be used for swine dysentery research[1].
