Coppersensor 1 (solution) is a membrane-permeable fluorescent dye. Coppersensor-1 has a picomolar affinity for Cu+ with high selectivity over competing cellular metalions. Coppersensor-1 as a probe, can selective and sensitive detection of copper(I) ions (Cu+) in biological samples, including live cells. Coppersensor-1 can be used for the research of imaging of severe diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders and neurogenerative diseases[1].

B. 活细胞的 CS1 标记：
1. 细胞成像实验需要培养 1-2 天。根据您的正常方案孵育细胞。
2. 在成像前一天，将细胞传代并置于涂有聚-L-赖氨酸（50 μg/mL）的 18 mm 玻璃盖玻片上。用于成像的贴壁细胞生长至 50-80% 融合。
3. 从培养箱中取出细胞，将一个盖玻片转移到含有 3 mL PBS 缓冲液的 35 毫米培养皿中。
4. 向培养皿中加入 15 μL 1 mM CS1 原液，使染料最终浓度为 5 μM。充分混合。
（染料浓度越高，背景荧光水平越高）
5. 在 25 或 37℃ 的黑暗环境中孵育 5-20 分钟。
C. 对 CS1 标记细胞进行成像：
1. 在标准共聚焦显微镜下成像，激发波长为 543 nm。
（CS1 可以使用任何类型的荧光显微镜进行成像，包括落射荧光、共聚焦和多光子）
