CYP11A1-IN-3 (Compound II-4) is a selective CYP11A1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 26.7 nM. CYP11A1-IN-3 shows selectivity towards CYP1A2, 2C9 and 2D6. CYP11A1-IN-3 can be used for the research of castration-resistant prostate cancer[1].

CYP11A1-IN-3 (II-4) (100-1000 nM; 3000 nM starting for IC50) 可强效抑制 CYP11A1 活性，其 IC50 为 26.7 nM；在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤样 (KGN) 细胞中，1000 nM 和 100 nM 浓度下的抑制率分别达到 97.0% 和 95.2%[1]。
CYP11A1-IN-3 (II-4) (10 μM) 对主要 CYP 亚型的抑制作用极弱，对 CYP1A2 的抑制率为 2.9%，对 CYP2C9 的抑制率为 4.9%，对 CYP2C19 的抑制率为 16.6%，对 CYP2D6 的抑制率为 6.6%，对 CYP3A4/5 无抑制作用[1]。
