Deltoin is a Coumarine derivative. Deltoin can be isolated from Seseli resinosum. Deltoin shows inhibitory activity on NO. Deltoin causes a significant inhibition against paw oedema. Deltoin shows anti-inflammatory activity[1][2].

(In Vivo)

Deltoin (5-15 mg/kg；腹腔注射) 在 Carrageenan (HY-125474) 诱导的大鼠足肿胀模型中表现出抗炎活性[1]。

Animal Model: Sprague Dawley (male and female, 200–250 g, carrageenan-induced paw oedema model)[1]
Dosage: 5 mg/kg; 10 mg/kg; 15 mg/kg
Administration: i.p.
Result: Induced a 71.05% inhibition of carrageenan-induced paw oedema at 10 mg/kg; Determined an ED₅₀ value of 5.08 mg/kg.
