EBOV-IN-11 is a protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) inhibitor, with Kd values of 1.88 nM and 8.01 nM against wild-type and quadruple-mutant PP1, respectively. EBOV-IN-11 potently inhibits the replication and transcription of EBOV-eGFP virus. EBOV-IN-11 can be used in studies related to Ebola virus infection[1].

EBOV-IN-11 (Compound C31) (10 μM; 3 d) 可抑制 Vero E6 细胞中 EBOV-eGFP 的复制，且初始细胞毒性较低[1]。
EBOV-IN-11 (100 μM) 在 293T 细胞中表现出<30% 的细胞毒性，而在 PBMCs 中无细胞毒性[1]。
