生物活性

Etimicin is a fourth-generation semisynthetic aminoglycoside antibiotic. Etimicin exhibits broad spectrum of activity against gram-positive, gram-negative, and aminoglycoside-resistant bacterial strains, with lower ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity. Etimicin exerts rapid, concentration-dependent bactericidal activity against bacteria. Etimicin can be used for the research of bacterial infections[1].

Etimicin (18-24 h) 可抑制标准菌株的生长,其 MIC 值范围为 0.125 至 0.5 mg/L,其中对 Acinetobacter baumanii MTCC-1425 的活性最低 (MIC = 0.5 mg/L),对 Proteus mirabilis MTCC-425、Salmonella typhi MTCC-535 和 Escherichia coli MTCC-739 的活性最高 (MIC = 0.125 mg/L)[1]
Etimicin (18-24 h) 对标准菌株具有杀菌作用,其 MBC 值范围为 0.25 至 2 mg/L,其中对 Escherichia coli MTCC-739 的杀菌活性最强 (MBC = 0.25 mg/L),对 Acinetobacter baumanii MTCC-1425、Serratia grimesii MTCC-1887、Klebsiella pneumoniae MTCC-109、Enterobacter cloacae MTCC-509 和 Staphylococcus aureus MTCC-737 的杀菌活性最弱 (MBC = 2 mg/L)[1]
Etimicin (18-24 h) 可抑制 279 株对氨基糖苷类敏感的临床细菌分离株的生长,其 MIC50 值为 0.25 至 1 mg/L,MIC90 值为 1 至 4 mg/L,对大肠杆菌 (Escherichia coli) 分离株的活性最强 (MIC50 = 0.25 mg/L, MIC90 = 1 mg/L)[1]
Etimicin (18-24 h) 可抑制 128 株氨基糖苷类耐药临床细菌分离株的生长,其 MIC50 值为 2 至 4 mg/L,MIC90 值为 4 至 8 mg/L,对大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和葡萄球菌属分离株的活性最强 (MIC50 = 2 mg/L,MIC90 = 4 mg/L)[1]
Etimicin (0.125-0.25 mg/L; 2-12 h) 以其最低抑菌浓度 (MIC) 对大肠埃希菌 MTCC-739、肺炎克雷伯菌 MTCC-109、金黄色葡萄球菌 MTCC-737 和铜绿假单胞菌 MTCC-1688 表现出快速且持续的杀菌活性,可在 12 h 内维持活菌数下降 2 个对数级且无细菌再生[1]
