FK 633 (FR-144633) is a fibrinogen inhibitor and peptide mimetic GPⅡbⅡa receptor antagonist. FK 633 has anti-platelet and anti-thrombotic effects. FK 633 inhibits ADP-, collagen-, thrombin-, and PAF-induced platelet aggregation with IC50 values of 103, 87, 98, and 239 nM, respectively[1][2].
