Flt-3-IN-1 is a potent FLT-3 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.91 μM. Flt-3-IN-1 can cause leukemia cells G1 phase arrest and induce apoptosis. Flt-3-IN-1 can be used for the research of cancer, such as leukemia[1].

Cell Cycle Analysis[1]

Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Increased the proportion of G1 phase cells to 66.59% and decreased the G2/M phase proportion to 4.77%.

Apoptosis Analysis[1]

Cell Line: HL-60 cells
Concentration: 0.13 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Showed a total apoptosis rate of 37.7%, including 23.6% early apoptosis and 16.7% late apoptosis.
Upregulated the expression of p53, p27, and p21 proteins in HL-60cells by 4.2-fold, 2.1-fold, and 2.1-fold respectively.
Increased the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio to 0.71 and upregulated caspase-3 expression by 3-fold.
