HIV-1-IN-92 is a non-nucleoside inhibitor of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase with an IC50 of 0.11 μM against HIV-1 reverse transcriptase. HIV-1-IN-92 exhibits activity against both wild-type HIV-1 IIIB and mutant HIV-1 strains. HIV-1-IN-92 can be used in research related to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)[1].

HIV-1-IN-92 (Compound 29) (2-5 天) 可抑制 MT-4 细胞中 HIV-1 IIIB 的复制 (EC50: 1.38 nM) 和 TZM-bl 细胞中 HIV-1 pNL4.3 的复制 (EC50: 3.50 nM)[1]。
HIV-1-IN-92 (5 天) 可在 MT-4 细胞中抑制多种耐药 HIV-1 突变株的复制，如对 K103N 型的 EC50 值为 1.61 nM，对 RES056 的 EC50 值为 119 nM[1]。
