IPrAgCl is an antibacterial agent. IPrAgCl exhibits antiproliferative activity against MCF7 cell line with an IC50 of 30 nM. IPrAgCl has an IC50 of 35 nM against KB cancer cell line. IPrAgCl induces apoptosis in HL60 cell line. IPrAgCl promotes apoptosis-inducing factor translocation from the mitochondrial to the nuclear compartment[1].
