iso-Dehydrozingerone is a dehydrozingerone analog. iso-Dehydrozingerone exhibits moderate in vitro cytotoxic activity against human tumor cells, with IC50 values of 10.0 μg/mL, 8.2 μg/mL and >10 μg/mL against human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, multidrug-resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells and human lung cancer cells, respectively. iso-Dehydrozingerone can be used in studies related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma, multidrug-resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma and lung cancer[1].
