LSPN925 is an anticancer agent. LSPN925 exhibits cytotoxic and antiproliferative activities against tumor cells. LSPN925 has predicted oral bioavailability, low risks of hepatotoxicity and acute toxicity, and no risk of cardiotoxicity. LSPN925 can be used for the research of ovarian cancer, melanoma and breast cancer[1].

Result: Exhibited dose-dependent cytotoxicity against A2780, A375, and MCF-7 cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 29.59 μM, 65.15 μM, and 81.20 μM, respectively.
Showed no significant cytotoxicity in non-cancerous MRC-5 cells (IC50 > 100 μM).
