NAADP receptor modulator-1 is a cell-permeable NAADP receptor modulator. NAADP receptor modulator-1 competes with NAADP for binding sites and inhibits NAADP-induced Ca2+ release[1].

NAADP receptor modulator-1 (Compound 3) (0-30 μM) 可强效且选择性地抑制 Lytechinus pictus 海胆卵匀浆中 NAADP 诱导的 Ca2+ 释放，其 IC50 为 15 μM；当浓度>100 μM 时，它发挥部分激动剂的作用[1]。
