Incubation Time: 8 h
Result: Produced a dose-dependent increase in acetylated α-tubulin without a major increase in acetylated histone H4.
Reached an EC50 value of 0.23 μM for α-tubulin acetylation, and an EC50 value of >32 μM for histone H4 acetylation, resulting in a selectivity index (histone acetylation EC50/α-tubulin acetylation EC50) of >140.
