NE-10133 is a ISK and IKS potassium channel (Potassium Channel) inhibitor. NE-10133 inhibits voltage-dependent and slowly activated delayed rectifier potassium currents. NE-10133 exhibits class III antiarrhythmic activity. NE-10133 is applicable for research related to arrhythmias[1][2].

NE-10133 可强效抑制豚鼠心室肌细胞中的 IKs 钾电流，其 EC50 为 11 μM，效力与其在爪蟾卵母细胞中对大鼠 ISK 通道的抑制作用相当[2]。
