生物活性

Neburon is a phenylurea herbicide whose main mechanism of action is to inhibit photosynthetic electron transport, thereby disrupting algal growth. Neburon activates the Ahr and Notch1 signaling pathways, and induces oxidative stress and apoptosis. Long-term exposure causes significant male reproductive toxicity and cardiotoxicity in zebrafish[1][2].

Neburon (经水体暴露，每日更换溶液，持续 72 小时) 会在斑马鱼胚胎中诱导剂量依赖性心脏毒性，其中 10 μg/L 浓度会引发显著的心脏畸形、心动过速及收缩功能受损，且这些效应由 Ahr 和 Notch1 信号通路介导[1]。
Neburon (经水体暴露，每两日更换溶液，持续 150 天) 可在成年雄性斑马鱼中诱导剂量依赖性的心脏结构与功能损伤，即使 0.1 μg/L 浓度也会引发心室扩大、心室壁增厚及纤维化，且这些效应涉及 Ahr 与 Notch1 信号通路的激活[1]。
Neburon (0.1-10 μg/L，经水体暴露，首月每日更换药液，剩余周期每两日更换一次，共 150 天) 可在斑马鱼中诱导剂量依赖性雄性生殖毒性，包括求偶行为受损、繁殖力下降、精子发生紊乱、激素失衡、HPG 轴基因表达改变、AhR 通路激活、氧化应激以及睾丸细胞凋亡增加，其中 10 μg/L 剂量产生的效应最严重[2]。
