Nicoxamat (20-100 μM) 可在 Huh7-luc/neo 细胞中诱导 α-微管蛋白呈浓度依赖性的高乙酰化[1]
Nicoxamat (100 μM; 72 h) 不会在 Huh7-luc/neo 细胞中诱导显著的组蛋白 H3 乙酰化,表明其对 I 类 HDAC 具有选择性[1]
Nicoxamat (0-100 μM) 在 Huh7-luc/neo 细胞中表现出浓度依赖性的 HCV 复制子抑制作用和 HDAC6 抑制活性,且在低浓度下其 HCV 抑制活性相较于 HDAC6 抑制活性更强[1]
