生物活性

Oxathiapiprolin is an anti-phytopathogenic oomycete agent. Oxathiapiprolin inhibits mycelial growth, sporangium production, zoospore release and zoospore motility in specific oomycetes. Oxathiapiprolin exhibits both protective and therapeutic activities against Phytophthora capsici infection in pepper plants. Oxathiapiprolin can be used in studies related to plant diseases[1].

Oxathiapiprolin (20-30 g/ha;喷雾) 在温室条件下对辣椒疫霉疫病表现出剂量依赖性的保护和治疗活性[1]

Animal Model: Capsicum annuum, cv. Xichengdaniujiao (four-leaf stage; greenhouse-grown; inoculated via soil drench with Phytophthora capsici zoospore suspension)[1]
Dosage: 20 g/ha; 30 g/ha
Administration: spray; protective (24h pre-inoculation); curative (24h post-inoculation)
Result: Reduced disease severity to 0.22 and achieved 70.06% control efficacy at 20 g/ha (protective application).
Reduced disease severity to 0.11 and achieved 85.66% control efficacy at 30 g/ha (protective application).
Reduced disease severity to 0.43 and achieved 42.29% control efficacy at 20 g/ha (curative application).
Reduced disease severity to 0.23 and achieved 69.50% control efficacy at 30 g/ha (curative application).
