P2Y2R antagonist 1 is a selective P2Y2R antagonist (pIC50 = 7.78). P2Y2R antagonist 1 can be used for the study of Glioma[1].

P2Y2R antagonist 1 (Compound 32g) 对 1321N1 细胞中的 hP2Y1、hP2Y4 和 hP2Y11 受体均无活性 (pIC50 < 5) ，且在 10 μM 浓度下对 P2Y11 受体的抑制率为 0%[1]。
P2Y2R antagonist 1 的 LogD7.4 值为 4.57，表明其具有高亲脂性[1]。
P2Y2R antagonist 1 (0.1-10 μM，1-72 小时) 在 10 μM 浓度下对 1321N1 细胞显示出显著的细胞毒性，最大效应出现在 48 小时，而 CHO 细胞对该 P2Y2R 拮抗剂的敏感性较低[1]。

Cell Line: Native 1321N1 cells, CHO cells
Concentration: 0.1 μM, 1 μM, 10 μM
Incubation Time: 1 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h
Result: At a concentration of 10 μM, the compound showed significant cytotoxicity against 1321N1 cells, with the maximum effect occurring 48 hours after treatment. In contrast, CHO cells showed low sensitivity to the P2Y2R antagonist.
