Phlorofucofuroeckol A is a FcεRI inhibitor with low cytotoxicity toward basophilic leukemia cells. Phlorofucofuroeckol A suppresses binding activity between IgE and FcεRI receptor. Phlorofucofuroeckol A inhibits histamine release from basophilic leukemia cells stimulated by IgE/anti-IgE or calcium ionophore A23187 (HY-N6687). Phlorofucofuroeckol A inhibits β-hexosaminidase release from basophilic leukemia cells stimulated by IgE/DNP-BSA. Phlorofucofuroeckol A can be used for the research of allergy disease[1].

Phlorofucofuroeckol A (10-100 μM; 30 min) 可分别剂量依赖性地抑制 KU812 细胞中由人源 IgE/抗 IgE 或 A23187 诱导的组胺释放,IC50 为 65.81 μM 和 69.44 μM;预孵育后,100 μM 浓度下可将相对组胺释放量降至 34.54% 和 37.05%[1]
Phlorofucofuroeckol A (10-100 μM; 30 min) 可呈剂量依赖性抑制 A23187 诱导的 RBL-2H3 细胞组胺释放,其 IC50 为 64.06 μM;预孵育后,100 μM 浓度下可将相对组胺释放量降至 34.18%[1]
Phlorofucofuroeckol A (10-100 μM) 可剂量依赖性地抑制 IgE/DNP-BSA 诱导的 RBL-2H3 细胞中 β-己糖胺酶的释放,其 IC50 为 38.87 μM,且在 100 μM 时可将相对 β-己糖胺酶释放量降至 20.80%[1]
Phlorofucofuroeckol A (12.5-50 μM) 可剂量依赖性抑制 KU812F 细胞上的 IgE-FcεRI 结合,在 12.5、25 和 50 μM 浓度下分别将阳性细胞比例降至 79.51%、57.58% 和 34.23%[1]
