生物活性

Primisulfuron-methyl is a herbicide. Primisulfuron-methyl shows inhibitory activity against acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme. Primisulfuron-methyl can be used to selectively control annual bluegrass of Kentucky bluegrass turf[1].

(In Vitro)

Primisulfuron-methyl (40-80 g AI/ha；单次给药) 施药后 4 周可分别使一年生早熟禾的地上部鲜重降低 33% 和 52%，同时相较于未处理植株，肯塔基蓝草地上部生物量平均增加 17%[1]。
Primisulfuron-methyl (0.001-10000 μM; 12 h) 对一年生早熟禾和草地早熟禾的离体 ALS 酶具有同等抑制作用，两种物种对应的 IC50 均为 0.16 μM[1]。
