PROTAC 11β-HSD1 Degrader 1 is a highly efficient PROTAC targeting 11β-HSD1 (Hydroxysteroid 11-beta dehydrogenase 1). PROTAC 11β-HSD1 Degrader 1 demonstrates ubiquitin-proteasome-dependent degradation of 11β-HSD1. PROTAC 11β-HSD1 Degrader 1 can be used for the study of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)[1]. (Pink: 11β-HSD Target protein ligand; Blue: VHL ligand (HY-125845); Black: linker (HY-42490)).

PROTAC 11β-HSD1 Degrader 1 (Compound 25) (50 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每两天一次，持续 2 周) 可有效改善高脂饮食诱导的 2 型糖尿病小鼠的葡萄糖稳态[1]。

Animal Model: 6-week-old male C57BL/6J wild-type mice were fed a high-fat diet for eight weeks[1].
Dosage: 50 mg/kg
Administration: I.p., once every two days for 2 weeks
Result: Significantly improved glucose tolerance in mice.
Enhanced glucose-stimulated insulin secretion.
Showed a decreasing trend in body weight and random blood glucose levels.
