PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-34 can be used for the research of pfeiffer cancer, prostate cancer[1]. (Pink: Histone Methyltransferase ligand (HY-147230); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-103596); Black: linker).

PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-34 (compound E7 (13)) (10.00-30.00 μM) 可强效抑制 EZH2 的酶活性，其 IC50 为 6.30 μM；可诱导 CRBN 介导的 PRC2 亚基蛋白酶体降解，降低 WSU-DLCL-2 细胞中的 H3K27me2/3 水平；并在 Pfeiffer (3.69 μM) 和前列腺癌细胞系 (0.21 μM) 中表现出强抗增殖活性[1]。
