PROTAC IRAK3 degrader-2 (Compound 17) is a IRAK3 PROTAC degrader with a DC50 ≤ 50 nM. It promotes ubiquitination and degradation of IRAK3, and is applicable to the research of immune diseases[1]. (Pink: IRAK3 ligand (HY-181899); Blue: Ligands for E3 Ligase and Cereblon ligand (HY-W023573); Black: linker).
