R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE) (concentrated solution) is found in Heterosiphonia japonica. R-Phycoerythrin (concentrated solution) is an orange-red fluorescent probe with α, β, and γ subunits. R-Phycoerythrin (concentrated solution) can be used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) to induce apoptosis in tumor cells. R-Phycoerythrin (concentrated solution) can be used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence analysis (Ex/Em = 496/578 nm)[1][2].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

R-Phycoerythrin (10-100 μM, 4 h) 以浓度依赖性方式对 S180 有细胞毒性 (58%)[2]。

具体步骤[2]：
1. 细胞处理与染色
1) S180 和 SMC7721 癌细胞在含 10% 胎牛血清和 1% 青/链霉素的 RPMI1640 培养基中培养至对数生长期 (37°C，5% CO2，95% 空气湿度)。
2) 将细胞以约 5 × 105/mL 的密度接种于不含血清的 RPMI1640 培养基，加入不同浓度的 R-Phycoerythrin (10, 25, 50, 100 μM) 孵育 4 小时。
2. 光照处理
1) 使用 496 nm 氩激光激发 R-Phycoerythrin、β 亚基、γ 亚基，使用 514 nm 激发 α 亚基。
2) 换用含 10% 血清的 RPMI1640 培养基继续孵育 18 小时。
3) 使用 MTT 法检测 S180 细胞存活率。
