生物活性

TNK-651 is a non-nucleoside HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitor. TNK-651 exhibits inhibitory effects on both the HIV-1 SF33 strain and the NNRTI-resistant HIV-1 A17 strain. TNK-651 can be used for the study of HIV-1 infection[1].
