UCB4594 is an anti-human HLA-G monoclonal antibody with a human Kd of 4-6 nM. UCB4594 selectivity binds to HLA-G, and no binding to other HLA-I molecules or human CD4 T-cells. UCB4594 triggers complement-dependent lysis of HLA-G expressing tumour cells. UCB4594 can be used for the research of solid tumours (renal and colorectal tumours)[1].
