生物活性

ZHO-197 is a dual bacterial peptide deformylase and methionine aminopeptidase inhibitor with antibacterial activity. ZHO-197 exhibits an Escherichia coli peptide deformylase IC50 of 0.021 μM and a human peptide deformylase IC50 of 3.289 μM. ZHO-197 displays broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial strains. ZHO-197 can be used for the research of bacterial infection[1].
