请问制作原生质体中STC，PTC，SORBITOL能不能灭菌。
STC含TRIS-HCL，CACL2，蔗糖。PTC含STC与PEG。我是说拿去高压。

I don't think so. Tris-HCL is a salt, and so does CaCl2. People use CaCl2 in transfection and transformation. Sorbitol and sugar definitely can't kill bacteria.

氯化钙和蔗糖是可以高压的，PEG是要求过滤的，原来做电转时貌似山梨醇是要过滤的，Tris不太清楚，保险还是过滤吧，0.22应该就行。
