司氟沙星(sparfloxacin)抗菌谱广,对革兰阴性菌抗菌活性与环丙沙星相似,对阳性菌强与环丙沙星和氧氟沙星,对厌氧菌,支原体,衣原体作用强,并对多种耐药菌也有效。口服吸收后在组织内浓度高,半衰期长,用于敏感菌,厌氧菌,支原体及衣原体的感染。近年有报道可发生严重光敏反应,应慎用。
