用途:
用于防治蔬菜、稻、麦、果树等作物的虫害
生产方法:
由氯丙烯经二甲胺胺化、氯气氯化、硫代硫酸钠及氰化钠硫氰化而得。胺化反应 将40%二甲胺和40%碱液于0~15℃时约0.5h内滴入到氯丙烯中,滴毕于45℃保温反应2h,静置分层得N,N-二甲基丙烯胺。原料配比为:氯丙烯:二甲胺:氢氧化钠=1:1.2:1.3(mol)。收率82%。氯化反应 将干燥的氯化氢气体于0~10℃通入到丙烯胺、氯仿溶液中。然后于20℃通氯气,静置,分离氯仿层,再将固体氯化物再水充分溶解,静置0.5h,分去残留氯仿。氯化产物1-N,N-二甲基-2,3-二氯丙胺盐酸盐收率91.32%。丙烯胺与氯化氢、氯气的配比为1:1:(1~1.05),氯仿用量为每千摩投250L。硫氰化反应 先将碱液滴入氯化物水溶液中,再将硫代硫酸钠滴入。然后升温至60℃于60~65℃保温反应4h。将磺化物抽入氰化釜中,于13~15℃将氰化钠溶液滴入其中,滴毕保温反应1h,离心分离,低温洗盐,离心分离,得2-N,N-二甲基-1,3-二硫氰基丙烷。原料配比为氯化物:硫代硫酸钠:氰化钠=1:2.08:2.3。氢氧化钠用量为氯化物水溶液总酸度(mg/mL)×投料量(L)×0.972。磺化温度60℃,时间4h;氰化温度(13±2)℃,时间1h。或将1-N,N-二甲基-2,3-二氯丙胺盐酸先用碱中和成游离碱,再与硫氰酸盐在甲醇中硫氰化反应制得。醇解反应 将硫氰酸酯与甲醇混合后,降温至0℃,通入干燥氯化氢,保持温度0~10℃,通毕升温至50℃,保温反应3h,降温至0℃,再保温2h,离心分离,产品去干燥,滤液待回收,收率96%。醇解原料配比为硫化物:HC1=1:10,甲醇用量为450L/1000mol硫代物。
