酸性媒介橙6(3564-27-0)生产方法和用途
用途:
用于羊毛的散毛、毛条、毛毯及其他毛织物的染色和印花,了可用于蚕丝、锦纶、皮革和毛皮的染色。除单独应用外,也用于拼色或调节色光。染色宜采用后媒法。
生产方法:
由4-氨基偶氮苯-4-碘酸经重氮化后,与水杨酸进行偶合,再经盐析,过滤、干燥等处理过程,制得本品。产品外观为浅黄色均匀粉末,色光与标准品近似,强度为标准品100±3(分),水分含量≤5%,细度(通地80目筛余物含量)≤5%,在羊毛织物上染色的坚牢度符合标准品(日晒牢度6级,皂洗、水浸、汗渍、煮呢等褪色牢度均为4-5级,干摩擦牢度4-5级,熨烫及干洗牢度均为4-5级)。原料消耗(kg/t)对氨基偶氮苯磺酸 480水杨酸 200亚硝酸钠 140盐酸 550纯碱 120
