简介:
硫利达嗪为吩噻嗪类含哌啶侧链的化合物,抗精神病作用与氯丙嗪相似,镇静、嗜睡作用也较少见,无明显催吐和降压作用。其锥体外系反应和心动过速等不良反应比氯丙嗪少见。本品口服吸收良好,体内代谢产物有抗精神病作用。常用于精神分裂症、躁狂症,也可用于治疗抑郁症、更年期综合征、癫痫性精神病、老年性精神病、舞蹈病。
