弱酸性艳蓝 BA(5863-46-7)生产方法和用途

用途:
弱酸性艳蓝BA可用于羊毛、蚕丝以及羊毛混纺织物的染色,也可在羊毛、蚕丝、黏胶织物上直接印花,色泽鲜艳明亮。还可与酸性媒介染料拼染藏青色,起增艳作用。弱酸性艳蓝BA也可与直接耐晒染料于中性浴中同浴染毛黏混纺织物。用于羊毛与其他纤维同浴染色时,羊毛、锦纶、蚕丝得色相近,涤纶稍有沾色,纤维素纤维不沾色。还用于制造有机颜料和皮革着色。
生产方法:
以 N-乙基-N-(间磺酸基苄基)苯胺、甲醛和 N,N-二乙基间甲苯胺为原料,首先将 N-乙基-N-(间磺酸基苄基)苯胺与甲醛缩合,然后氧化,并与 N,N-二乙基间甲苯胺缩合得产物。经盐析、过滤、干燥、粉碎得成品。。。将 N-乙基-N-(间磺酸基苄基)苯胺用水稀释打浆,加入碳酸钠中和,再加 30%盐酸调整 pH 值,随后加入 36%甲醛溶液,升温至沸,保温反应 3-5h 至终点。将上述缩合物稀释后,降温至 25℃左右,加入 30%重铬酸钠溶液,搅拌 30min后加入 N,N-二乙基间甲苯胺,先后于 25℃、50℃、75℃分段保温反应至终点。过滤,滤液用 10%精盐 (按滤液体积计) 盐析,过滤,经精制后得原染料。
