生产方法：

方法1：1.42Gn-甲基-1-萘甲胺盐酸盐和2.89g碳酸钠溶于10ml二甲基甲酰胺中，在室温下滴加1.25g肉桂基氯。加毕，在室温下继续搅拌18h。过滤，滤液减压浓缩。剩余物溶于甲苯，无水硫酸钠干燥，过滤，浓缩，得萘替芬，沸点162～167℃/2.00Pa。萘替芬和含氯化氢的异丙醇溶液作用，可得盐酸萘替芬，熔点177℃(丙醇重结晶)。也可用异丙醇-乙醚重结晶。或以1-氯甲基萘为原料。在5～7℃下，往1-氯甲基萘的乙醇溶液中滴加30%甲胺乙醇溶液，加毕在室温搅拌过夜。蒸除乙醇，剩余物溶于氯仿，洗至中性，干燥，浓缩，减压蒸馏收集133～134℃/0.533kPa的馏分，即为N-甲基-1-萘甲胺，收率70%。在室温下将浓盐酸加到N-甲基-1-萘胺中，再加入碳酸钠和二甲基甲酰胺，滴加肉桂基氯，搅拌后过滤。滤液浓缩至干，加入甲苯，干燥，浓缩。再加入异丙醇，用浓盐酸调至Ph=3。加入乙醚，过滤，水洗，干燥，得白色固体的盐酸萘替芬，收率59.3%，熔点175～177℃。方法2：在冰浴冷却下，向30%甲胺的乙醇溶液中，滴加1-氯甲基萘的无水乙醇溶液，然后在室温下放置过夜，可得N-甲基-1-萘甲胺。将其溶于乙醇，加入浓盐、35%甲醛水溶液和苯乙酮，加热回流，并补加聚甲醛细粉，进行Mannich反应得2-[N-甲基-N-(1-萘甲基)氨基]乙基苯基酮。在催化量相转移催化剂存在下，在乙酸乙酯中，用硼氢化钠把羰基还原为羟基。最后在盐酸中，回流脱水得萘替芬的盐酸盐。总收率30.1%。
